Who we are
Total Scaffold Ltd (NZBN issued by the Companies Office) is a New Zealand scaffolding contractor with branches in Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, quote forms and ongoing client work, in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you submit a quote, contact request or job enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address, site location and any project details, photos, drawings or files you attach. If you call us, we may record contact details and notes about the conversation. We do not collect payment details on this website.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the scaffold works, invoice you and meet our legal obligations (health & safety, tax, insurance). We may share information with our crew, engineers, sub-contractors and software providers strictly to deliver the work. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that don't progress are retained for up to 24 months. Records relating to delivered jobs are kept for at least 7 years to meet tax, health and safety, and warranty obligations.
